An Introductions to classroom management

We're talking and we're working with some cases that would present in the classroom and with the students. We gave some solutions for different cases.

We could apply our own solutions about the problems in the class or with students.

What I know after/before class?

"Three kinds of Teachers"

We spoke about 3 different kinds of teachers that impart their class:

The explainer: they knowed their subject and explained the information to the students. When they explained their lesson, they make their classes interesting, entertaining and informative.

The involver: they knowed their subject and they knowed the teaching method, process and techniques for a better knowledge.

The enabler: They knowed their subject, teaching method to use when there are problems of individual learning. When they make decisions they interactive with their students.

I think that if you teach someone anything you'll need develope different characteristic to that a better learning and communication, but the must important is the respect.
